Flame Lake Lodge 2021 Rates

Deposits of $200 per person ($500 per person for bear hunt) are required to confirm all reservations, refunded with 90 days notice or if we can fill your vacancy.

Check-out is 10am and check-in is 2pm. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Children 5 and under stay for free. Children 6-16 stay for $50/week or $10/night. Pets are welcome in our lodge and cabins for $30/week or $5/day.

Taxes are 13% HST

Visa and MasterCard are accepted; however, we can't afford to give them a cut of our sales, so if you use your credit card we regrettably must add a 4% service charge. Thank you.

Proof of insurance and helmets are both required for ATVs and snowmobiles.

Don't forget your passports and outdoors cards!

Housekeeping Cabin Weekly Package includes 1 boat/motor for every 2 people.

Also 24/7 power, all linens/bedding, 4-pc bath, satellite TV, fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ, fire pit, picnic table. Please bring your own kitchen/bath towels, soaps and personal items.

Camp Sites

Lake front sites with fire pits and picnic tables. Four adults or 1 family unit per site. Water tank filling available. Limited electrical. We are off-grid. Please DO NOT plan to use electric heat, refrigerators, frying pans, etc. Quiet generators are permitted but not before 9am and not after 9pm.

Winter Rates

We are located on OFSC's snowmobile trail F between Elliot Lake and Chapleau. Our winter snowmobile rate includes full-course homemade dinner, accommodations and full big breakfast.

Hunting Rates

Bear Hunt - $1250 per hunter

Saturday to Saturday, includes cabin accommodations, diligent baiting for at least 1 month prior to your hunt, guaranteed active baits, bait, guiding on first day and retrieval assistance when you get your bear, refrigeration, boat and motor. License (see regulations for current rates) and Export Permit ($35.00) are extra. All licensing and paperwork are taken care of here at the lodge. Add the meal plan for an additional $300 per person.

Moose Hunt - $1000/week minimum

Non-residents: adult tags currently unavailable. Please inquire for more information. Residents $1000/week minimum. For parties greater than 4, regular accommodations rates apply.

Grouse Hunt

Regular accommodations rates apply.

Other Important Notes: Hunters are required to bring a current or expired hunting license from any state or province in order to have a new license issued. Hunting licenses will not be issued without such proof, unless you already have your Ontario hunting/fishing outdoors card.

Hunters are required to wear hunter (blaze) orange. This includes a vest or jacket and a hat/helmet. Bear hunters may remove the orange once in their blinds/tree stands but must wear the orange going into and coming out of their sites. Orange helmets or helmet covers are recommended for hunting on ATVs. Also helmets and proof of insurance are both required for ATVs and snowmobiles.
